e.g l'oreal is owned by landcomeWho makeup company do they own for ?
The only companies not owned by a larger one is the small and mid-size companies, like Bare Minerals (although they are becoming larger and buying out some smaller companies), Bee Luscious (my favorite) and Philosophy to name a few.
Plus the larger companies have their makeup made in China. IMHO we should be buying from companies that support the economy. Whether you live in the US, GB, Canada or anywhere else.Who makeup company do they own for ?
Next time proof read no matter how short you sentence is.
To answer your question Est茅e Lauder owns M.A.C. among others and Louis Vuitton own many of the brands that Sephora carries.
I dont understand your question. But if your on about what companys own what brands here are some I found;
Dove is owned by Unilever.
you've confused me
Umm...right !
what? learn to type proper
like what the hell???

Good names for a makeup company?
Ok, so my friend and i want to start our own makeup company by making our own lipstick, lotions, soaps.... stuff like that. But we cant think of a good name for it. Please give me some ideas on what we should name it.
oh and make sure the name is new and not usedGood names for a makeup company?
think of yourselves --- your names, the months you were born
for example if one of you was born in December and one of you was born in April you could call your company December Rain (because it rain's a lot in April)
just be creative!
i hope this inspires you :)Good names for a makeup company?
lista means ready in english but i was thinking that you can use a quote like lista for partys, lista to intimidate, lista for evrything,
and that i thought about a name ULTRA LISTA {ultra ready}%26lt;in
Luscious, Lucille, Buttons, Zela, Escalate, Jagged, Mosaic, rAiN, N.W. (natural woman)
you wouldn't normally think of ';decay'; when describing beauty products, yet urban decay is huge- don't get wrapped up in beautiful words
Enhanced Beauty
carnation or dangerously beautiful
co coa couture

Poll: if u had your own makeup company what products would u have??
if u had ur own makeup company what sort of makeup would u have?? describe it to me??
would it be glittery, bold, metallic etc..
would u sell every kind of makeup.
what will it be called.
Any other details..
hope u liked this question i tried to make it a little unique just for u thanks xPoll: if u had your own makeup company what products would u have??
I have absolutely no idea what I would call it, but I would have every kind of makeup there is. I would use mostly natural ingredients, though, and those that are non acnegenic and won't clog pores. I would create all types and shades of foundation and include pictures and instructions that show the buyer how to put the products on in a way that accentuates their features and makes them look the best. I would just want to make everyone realize how beautiful they are and that makeup should cover your flaws and enhance your beauty and not cover up people's faces for no reason.Poll: if u had your own makeup company what products would u have??
i would have literally everything!
eye make up, skin, lips, cheeks, nails.
my own make up base. for both face and eye.
nail polish remover, make up remover, brushes, brush cleanser.
as for colours, it changes with season so once again, i would have everything that's IN.
as for a name.... Angelic Devil. Or Devilish Angel.
natural, tan, bronze, mineral make up and also metallic. they create an eternal beauty forever.
EVERTHING!!!!

Does e.l.f. makeup contain the regular toxic chemicals as do mainstream cosmetic companies?
You'd never know. Cosmetic companies are not obligated to list every single ingredient on their packaging because they'r enot FDA approved.Does e.l.f. makeup contain the regular toxic chemicals as do mainstream cosmetic companies?
I agree that cosmetics are completely unregulated by the FDA( just google/READ about makeup %26amp; FDA guidelines about lack of regulation). Logically looking at this, ELF is able to sell its product at such low $.. it's probable that there are toxins in it as well but by what dosage? we don't know yet! Report Abuse
Does e.l.f. makeup contain the regular toxic chemicals as do mainstream cosmetic companies?
Some Decent brands I recommend for makeup: Aveda, Dr Hauschka, Martin Gebhardt Skin = Organic cosmetic line... i suggest to read about each line's product %26amp; their organic statements before purchasing it but I personally like Dr Hauschka. Report Abuse
I'm assuming they do because those ingredients are cheaper and that's why they can only charge $1.00 for their products. Although, I do know they don't test their products on animals.
I'm not really sure about the chemicals in ELF makeup, though I'm 99% sure they are not organic so they have at least some chemicals in there. But I do know they do not test on animals.
Unfortunately it appears that they do. It is so frustrating that these toxins are included in make up. We know things get absorbed through the skin, or we wouldn't have the nicotine patch, or birth control patch. Why put that in make up? If you find a good make up free of this, let me know.skin cancer

Which is the best mineral makeup and is there any company who will send you free samples?
Bare MInerals. I LOVE it. I can't stand to wear makeup and have tried a lot of products and this product I am happy with. I would definitely recommend it.Which is the best mineral makeup and is there any company who will send you free samples?
Bare Minerals!! I love it. I been using it for 2 years and Im happy with it. Its great for my skin since I have breakouts here and there. The coverage is awesome. I purchase my makeup from a Ulta store because I tried it there( I did a make over for prom and graduation with that makeup). Finally got the makeup after grad for one of my gifts =) . If you have one near you, go in and talk to one of the associates and see if they will help find your color that matches and ask if they can apply the foundation on you. Then if your interested buy the kit thats $60. If you feel its not right for you just return it. I dont think you will be disappointed though. Once after you have it on and put on your mascara, eyeshadow, lipstick or gloss for the finish touch. youll look greatWhich is the best mineral makeup and is there any company who will send you free samples?
I love Jane Iredale. I just recently purchase Bare Essentuals but I'm disappointed with it. Bare Essentuals doesn't cover as well as Jane Iredale. Good luck. 2D
Mineral makeup is best, it's very natural, has awesome wear-ability, is non-cosmogenic, and is oil free, but please think twice before using Bare Minerals (aka Bare Escentuals) OR Sheer Cover! These products contain bismuth which is NOT a healthy mineral and NOT at all recommended for sensitive skin, it can aggrivate skin promlems further! It resembles arsenic!!! I used this makeup not knowing this fact and it caused me a very bad allergic reaction including intense itch, large blotchy patches of redness, and break outs! After that i looked into LAMinerals but didn't go with them since they put silk powder (killing the animals that make the silk) and other weird ingredients like magnesium, and calcium into their makeup... Common sense told me the more ingredients, the higher the risk of blocked pores, break outs, and allergic reactions...
I then found this makeup and have been using it for 2 years now! It's wonderful! They have 17 foundation colors (way more then the competitors!) and 5 different finishing powders, choose the one for you skin type! Plus they have over 45 eye shadows! It really works well! Plus they are also MUCH cheaper then the 'big' name companies, and they're cruelty free and totally VEGAN (animal by-product free)!
They offer free shipping to the Continental US!

I just bought Bare Escentuals and i love it!! I used to keep my make up to strictly eye make up, because i have pretty good skin, and i don't like how make up feels on my skin, but i just recently bought Bare minerals and i love it. It doesn't feel like im wearing a mask of make up and it looks really natural. Plus if i have a long night, and go straight to bed with out taking it off, my skin is fine the next day. They sell a starter kit for like $60 and you get two shades of foundation, all the brushes you need, a primer, all over warmth, and a mineral veil to apply to your make up when your done. You should check it out, i love it.
Bare minerals and sheer cover have bismuth oxychloride in them. It caused me to itch like mad. So I sought mineral makeup without it. I got samples from LAminerals for like $1 each and they shipped em free. Probly if you find some free samples they will charge you out the whazoo for shipping!
