Search Google and find a supplier that will supply the type of kit you want. There is a wide difference between a hand kit and a full professioanl kit for certification.

inside or outside the plant, they don't allow their employees to wear makeup, deodorant, even powder. they have a very high tech way of detecting if you violated. they contacted me last time and they wanted me for a supervisor position in their plant and i really can't find a job now. however, their salary offer is also very low especially for a supervisor job.

That is quite extreme! Do they tell you what soap you can use or do you need to shower there?
I guess it depends on how desperately you need the work. If you can wait for something better, then I would suggest not applying there. Ideally you should feel good about yourself and the place you work. Limiting such basic things like using make up or lipstick seems odd. (Lipstick is a must for me!)And no deodorant? It must smell terrible there!
But if money is tight, you might need to work there at least until something less controlling comes along.

I would say go for it. Obviously, you won't be the only gal there without makeup, so it's not like you gotta compete or anything. You have to deal with b.o. though. Maybe one of those crystal deodorants wouldn't be detected?
If this is the only job offer you have right now, then take the job, but keep looking for a better one. You can always quit if it's not to your liking.

When I went to the mark. makeup rep info page, it said that you could sell if you were between the ages of 16 and up though it is steered more to teens. When I tried filling in my birthday, it didn't have my year (1992) which was strange because I'm 16. So I put 1991 instead. It said my application can't be processed so I called their help line, like it said to do, and I had to have a referral #. But I never got one. I bought this lip gloss At Bath %26amp; Body Worksfrom savannah bee company called 100% natural blackberrry beeswax lip balm. I was wondering if anybody else used it %26amp;if they liked it.I bought because my friend told me it's great.Does anybody use makeup from Savannah Bee Company?
I have tried a few and it was okay. I try to use un-petroleum which doesn't make your lips addicted to it. Some lip balms will actually make your lips more dry after frequent use. I also swap between that and gloss - drink water too - helps dry lips, skin, etc.Does anybody use makeup from Savannah Bee Company?

Cream foundations are good because liquid ones are most likely to make your skin more oily. However mineral foundations would be the best because most of them have oil absorbing properties and they won't clog your pores. A good example would be Maybelline Mineral Power Powder Foundation. This is brilliant! I've used it and I also have oily skin and it gives a flawless matte finish.
To answer the next bit of your question most make up is suited for teens but a good brand is Collection2000. It's good quality and it's also cheap. Teenagers can also use Maybelline, Rimmel most make up that is light and natural looking because being a teenager I know the worst thing is having a face plastered in make up! If you have oily skin I think that you should invest in a really good cleanser like one by dove which is soft on skin, removes dead cells, and oils on your face. Try not to use any foundation because it doesn't allow your pores to breathe and therefore can make your face oilier and therefore cause breakouts. Plus it often looks really fake from close by. I would suggest that you invest in a really nice eyeliner, mascara, lipglosses, and eyeshadows. That's all you really need no matter how old you are. My favorite makeup company is MAC but since you are a teenager you might want to go for something a bit cheaper. Maybelline is also really nice and their makeup is extremely affordable.

i have oily skin, i'm fourteen; i get breakouts a lot.
i would definatley reccomend Revlon Colorstay Foundation for combination/oily skin- it keeps my skin clear and radiant all day, and i don't have shiny skin, even after like nine hours.
i know this is not about makeup, but i use Garnier Pure 3 in 1 Wash, Scrub and Mask- it keeps blemishes at bay. hope it helps :)
there r many products available in the market but choose only those which are best suited indian skin texture if u r indian.also check if u r having any skin allergies coz in foundations u can find zinc or other chemicals which can harm u r skin.
for teens u should always go for mild makeup instead of heavy coz again cause skin problm. while doing makeup first clean u r face with nice oilfree facewash never use soaps......then go for oilfree moisture cream......remove excess with cotton tabs.......take steam on face near nose bridge it will help to get rid of black heads to some extent.....black head remover also available in cosmetic shops but first learn how to remove frm professional or else u will get hurt yourself......then apply nice herbal face pack......later wash with cold icy water.....
the above information is also imp coz u always get a clean face and make on regular basis to pamper ur self.....
now if u do make up u will definately get a clean fresh look..........when applying make up u should first apply oilfree foundation then put compact remove excess by brushing off .......then again put foundation and apply compact......this will hold for hours coz oily skin wont hold make up for long........for lipstick first make u r lips wide with lip pencil or if u already gifted with that just put light colour pencil apply lipstick of same colour then apply powder now again do the same to give second layer this will hold for hours .........also when u r going out always carry compact n lipgloss to keep the fresh look..... hope this information helps u...........
For a budget, I would recommend Biore skin-care. It's wonderful. If you are not afraid to invest in something else a bit more pricier, I would recommend Clinique. I love them both.
I use LA Minerals oil control powder and their Valley Girl mineral makeup. Works great and lasts me all day.
