Ok im mailing a beauty product back to its company...? *Makeup*

I was using Rembrandts 2hr whitening kit but they made my teeth really senstive so im wanting to return the product. but how do i do it??? and how do i get my money back? do i ahve to give them the recpit from the store i bought it in? plz help!!!Ok im mailing a beauty product back to its company...? *Makeup*
first thing i would do is call the companys hotline and talk to a customer service agent it will be worth the wait cause i no they can put u on hold for a while.. anyways make sure u do have the reciept and i would tape that to the box the beauty product came in then also attach a little typed up note including the following...


-reason for returning **didnt whiten. made teeth very senstive


-write the store name and adress (location)


-add that this product was very useless and that u would like a full refund of ur money back!

if you bought it through thr mail then you have to call the company and tell them you had problems with it and you need to return it also they might ask for your receipt too.


If you bought it at a store then just return it and get your money back.
