Is there a company that i can pay that will replicate a discontinued shade of a makeup product for me?

There is a blush made by ';your name cosmetics'; that i am obsessed with. Its called #12 and is an orange- pink that works fabulously on me. Anyway they discontinued it and i cant find another brand that creates any shade like it. by i remember reading in cosmopolitan a few years ago that there is a company that will replicate any shade for you. its that important to me lol. please help!Is there a company that i can pay that will replicate a discontinued shade of a makeup product for me?
