I would have to say M.A.C. They actually just came out with a Barbie line which are BRIGHT eye shadows... blues pinks, purples.. insane colors

Dont use MAC! its not good for your skin, if you want to buy a good makeup that wont smudge, or make you look fake, NARS all the way. It has got to be the best makeup ever, i use it all the time and it is sooo worth it.
Sephora, most likely. They have a wide variety of make-up.

The best make up is surely of MAC...but yes THE MAKE UP SHOP is also very good...They have got amazing colors specially the eyeshades and the eye pencils. Some of them are even not available at MAC.
