Is there any makeup companies aimed at Redheads?
It's so impossible to find good makeup for redheads and it makes me mad. Lots of companies are aimed at blondes and brunnetss mostly.
The mascara is always too dark for me. NO ONE sells brown mascara only black and dark black (is there a difference??)
And since most redheads have fair skin and blush easily, foundation looks really weird. I look all blotchy if I miss places.
Please help me, is there any good makeup companies aimed or have makeup for redheads? Is there any makeup companies aimed at Redheads?
Loreal makes brown mascara, so does maybelline. It tends to be closer to the floor when you look at the make up wall at the drugstore.
What youre saying about foundation applies to anyone who applies it badly. Try cover girl trublend foundation - its the only one that has worked well for me as far as matching my blue AND yellow skin.
Good luckIs there any makeup companies aimed at Redheads?
Actually, loads of companies carry brown mascaras (Rimmel, Mary Kay, Avon, Mark, Covergirl, and L'Oreal, to name a few). Try looking a bit harder next time (and if you want to confirm it before you leave the house, research some mascaras online and see which formulas you like come in brown).
If your qualm with foundation is that you're covering up freckles and thats why you look splotchy, go with a tinted moisturizer. Otherwise, a good foundation should do the trick regardless of how fair you may be.
Also, a couple of campaigns ago, Avon had a little make up kit that you could buy and it was perfectly coordinated for your hair colour. Check it out and see if they still have it.
But to simply answer your question, yes there is a line of cosmetics exclusively for redheads.
Something that's weird for me is, I don't blush easily, I don't get sun burned at all, and my skin is really tan! I have red hair but don't even follow the stereotype!
I use pink blush or tanner on my cheeks, and I just use a little cover up when I need it. I also use golden eyeshadow, which makes my eyes look really pretty (I have brown eyes and it brings out the color). Actually, Maybelline:Great Lash sells brown and black brown! (I prefer black)
My mom is a redhead and she buys all of her makeup from Avon and mark. cosmetics (Avon owns mark.).
This is the mascara she uses and it's pretty light colored:

As for foundation, I would suggest a mineral powder type since it blends easier than liquid and it's A LOT better for your skin - no chemicals or fillers. Liquid foundation harbors bacteria and can make you break out. Yuck. Try this:
http://shop.avon.com/shop/product_list.a鈥?/a> - My mom wears the shade Smooth Ivory, it's the lightest one they have - it's very light and it's not blotchy or anything. You will probably need the kabuki brush shown on here to apply it right. Avon also offer 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you don't like the makeup you can just get a refund or exchange no questions asked. If you buy from the woman on these sites above you also get free samples and 50% off shipping.
I hope this helped you out!
(the glazewear lip glosses are also on sale - I just noticed! $1.99 each. I think I'm going to order some!)

Maybelline and Covergirl both have brown mascaras. I'm a redhead too and I wear the lightest shade of foundation i can find. If you have trouble with missing places, maybe you could go for a light powder instead, or maybe a mineral powder. That's what my younger sister wears.
Try bareescentuals mineral make up

Where do makeup companies get the minerals to make mineral makeup?
I am wondering where people get the raw ingredients to make mineral makeup?
I have done searches on the internet, and all I get is the same web sites, that look kind of unprofessional to me.
They claim to be mineral ingredient wholesalers, and sell the ingredients to you so you can start your own mineral makeup business, but they look kind of suspicious to me.
But my question is where do they get the ingredients to sell?
I imagine that someone has to manufacture or process the minerals before they can be used for makeup.
Who does that? Where do they get the minerals from? Do they mine it out of the earth?
This is a real mystery to me.
I have tried to search the internet, but haven't found any real information, just the same sites selling ready made mineral makeup.
Maybe I am searching with the wrong phrase?
I don't really know the terminology for cosmetics and mineral makeup.
If any one has any suggestions I would appreciate it.Where do makeup companies get the minerals to make mineral makeup?

No offense, but it looks like you'll have to do some more working at school to become something like a chemist before you can even think of doing this.
You don't go asking people on the internet recipes for makeup that you want to make. You sound like you don't have a clue on what your talking about. Sorry.

Just started makeup company, how do i get more interest in my web page?
i just started my new company, christimar cosmetics, and i need help getting my website noticed. what can i do to improve its visibility during searches?Just started makeup company, how do i get more interest in my web page?
Using the search engines site submission tools will help them accurately place your page. To drive traffic to your page, you really want to hit social networking sites and place subtle ads there. For example if a topic was about fashion then you may want to tell them about a great product that just happens to be on your site. No one likes spam and it will actually give you the reverse effect of what you want. Also social bookmarking, like del.icio.us and StumbleUpon are good places to bookmark your site.Just started makeup company, how do i get more interest in my web page?

try creating ur website on www.myspace.com
if u havent heard of it already, its a REALLY popular site.
good luck with ur company!!!
no doubt, doing some free sample will definitely up the visibility
Myspace helps but people really go on there to look for people try going into chat rooms and asking people to check out your cosmetics that might help i can help u design your page really nice and spread the word actually but id have to charge you for that lol flyers in supermarkets, free samples, they do that in macy's try and find a booth in like a mall where u can set up and have people sample there and buy stuff they always get me im gullible when it comes to shoppin gmost women are especially if there just browsing cua htey been in the same mall tomany times and bought everything except you new cosmetice line right? and can u attach a link so i can check it out if i order something and dont like it i will let you know but in the mean time those are your best decisions i think. Inthe city people give things out for free so you can try them im not sure where u live but thats one way for handing out your free samples too. OKay i think i said enough hope that helps! Good Luck!
try creating your page on Myspace or Youtube.
Also, you could try looking for make-up sites that offer to link your page to theirs in the LINKS section.
Publicity is the key, so make sure you tell all your friends about it and they tell all their friends and so on, so on.
Maybe you should also think about giving out free samples, or organizing ';house parties'; where you bring some inventory and try to sell it, and then refer people to your website for more...
What kind of make-up is it? Which group of people are you targeting? Maybe posting notes on bulletine boards or handing out fliers might help...
good luck!

What is a good makeup company for girls????
I need to get new make up! I am about in my teens! I really like hard candy but there are not any stores that carry it in Seattle! Do you where i can get it near me other then on line? What is a good makeup company for girls????
Mary Kay.. great! Clinique.. stays on and its cute! What is a good makeup company for girls????
well, sephora- if you have a mall near you that has that store in it- they def. sell hc. but bonnebell is more on your age level, yungin,
For a young teen, you shouldn't wear too much make-up. Try a brand like Bonne Bell Cosmetics or CoverGirl. Use fresh colors, but colors that aren't too wild. A young girl could pretty much wear a sheer eyeshadow, a little blush and some lip gloss. Have fun with it! You can always shop online, too!
Good Luck!
none
