Most all of themWhat makeup companies that don't test on animals and don't cost more than $7 make powder foundation?
You won't go wrong at all with ';MARK';!!! Go to (amanzo.mymarkstore.com) and view the cosmetic line. They have really cute packaging and descent prices. I love their (c-thru u tinted moisturizer for $8). I was recently using a $35 tinted moisturizer and switched to mark's tinted moisturizer because I loved the way it performed better than my expensive one. You hook up your own combinations with the connector, which I find very convenient if you are always in a hurry like me but you like to use different colors and styles. I hope you love it too!!!What makeup companies that don't test on animals and don't cost more than $7 make powder foundation?
Almay %26amp; Revlon don't.
Maybelline, Covergirl, %26amp; Max Factor do.
Hope this helps :)
all of the more expensive lines dont test on animals
but the cheaper ones do. im not sure for certain who does except i know covergirl does test on animals.
urban decay is the only place i know that is safe to get makeup that you know will not test on animals
Haha. Good luck on that one. Here is the best piece of advice you will ever get about makeup:
You get what you pay for.
If you spend $7.00 on makeup, you are going to look like you spent $7.00 on yourself. It will clog your skin up and look horrible.
I know Clinique isn't tested on animals, but it's a bit more expensive. Just go to different makeup counters and see what you can find out.
avon, bonne bell, hard candy, urban decay, wet n wild.
