How do I get a contract with a makeup company to create names for their cosmetics?

I assume you don't know anyone in a cosmetics company who might be able to help.

So you look up Contact Information for one or more cosmetics companies on the web and write each of them a nice letter.

You tell them something about yourself, your age and any prior experience in naming cosmetics. You give samples and references from prior clients. You tell them what you can do for them that would be better than what they are now doing for themselves. And then you ask them for an appointment for an interview and give them your address, phone number and email address. Be sure to spell-check proof-read the letter. Don't use abbreviations or non-standard English.

And then you wait for an answer. If you don't receive an answer within a week or two, send them another nice letter and ask if they have received your previous letter.
