For a young teen, you shouldn't wear too much make-up. Try a brand like Bonne Bell Cosmetics or CoverGirl. Use fresh colors, but colors that aren't too wild. A young girl could pretty much wear a sheer eyeshadow, a little blush and some lip gloss. Have fun with it! You can always shop online, too!

I would suggest Covergirl or any other brand you can find at a drugstore. They're affordable and great for teens.
